Model: Archer C20  
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6038.0 Build 191104 Rel.42012n

I'm trying to update the firmware of the archer c20 W router, but it says the file was not accepted. My language is Portuguese and what is on the router, but maybe I would have to download a version in English or another language to work. If you can help me with this issue.

The FW I've found for Archer C20<W> HW v5 is here.

It seems though you have the same or a newer FW version on your device.

My advise is to contact your local tech support and ask them if they can provide a newer FW version for your device.

You have to use a FW that match your device region and the HW version to do that properly - look at the bottom sticker to determine these two.

Then download the FW and be sure that these two match, before upgrading the device.

  @terziyski Yes, I downloaded the corresponding region of my device, but the error 4503 occurred saying that the file was not accepted.

Except the region also you need to be sure that HW version from the bottom sticker matches too.

What's on your bottom sticker for FW region and HW version ?
