Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
Have you set any parental control profiles for the devices?
Would there be any error message when the Disney+ content didn't play?
Have you tried to put the old router back, and set Deco X60 into Access Point mode to see whether it helped:
How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode
Thanks again and Best regards.

@David-TP Hi
“I do not have parental control activated. The Disney+ app starts, and I can choose content to watch, but when it comes to playing, it remains loading. Sometimes I have been able to play after a minute of loading, and other times I have not been able to play at all. With my internet provider’s router, I can play Disney+ content, but not with my DECO X60. I have reset my DECO X60, but Disney+ still does not work correctly.”
It seems like there might be an issue with the DECO X60’s compatibility or settings with Disney+. Resetting the device was a good first step. You might also want to check for any firmware updates or specific settings that could be affecting streaming services. If the problem persists, contacting the support for DECO X60 or Disney+ could provide further assistance.

Hi, have you tried to set Deco into Access Point mode so that Deco will follow the streaming settings on the ISP DHCP router?
I think some default settings on Deco don't match with the Disney+ streaming service rather they are incompatible.
If the Access Point mode works, we could try to edit the MTU setting on the Deco APP(The MTU on Deco is 1500 by default).
-It is under Deco APP>More>Internet connection>IPV4>Dynamic IP
You could refer to this link to find the MTU size on the devices when it is on ISP router network:

Thank you very much and Best regards.

@David-TP I had my Deco X60 configured as an access point and it was showing the same error. Now I have it as a router mode. The MTU values are set to 1500. The problem occurs as an access point mode and as a router mode

Hi, Thanks for the update.
Have you checked the MTU settings on the device when it is connected to the ISP router since 1500 is the default value on Deco?
I have seen someone mention setting the MTU to 1350

Do you have a similar issue with other streaming services?
Or are you able to constantly reproduce this issue in a short time?
If the TV is wirelessly connected to Deco, please also refer to the following suggestions:
1. Disable "Fast roaming" and "beamforming" on the Deco APP>More>Advanced.
2. Turn off "Mesh Technology" for the smart TV.
Best regards.

@David-TP Hi
The problem was occurring on my TV, as well as on my cell phone and my tablet, constantly. I changed the MTU to 1350 and I was able to access Disney+ streaming. Then I setting back the MTU to 1500 and restarted the Decos and it was resolved. It’s strange because it was not resolved with the resetting of the Decos. Thanks for the help.
