Firmware Version: 1.0.8

Hi.

I've had the deco x50 for a while, I've had a few times that I had wifi but no internet. when I do a ping measurement, wifi seems to work. but i don't have internet. not wired either. On the modem the Wi-Fi and cabling works fine. how is this possible?

After reboot it works for a while

in the photo you see the measurement next to the modem (82.4) and next to the x50 (17.6) , five meters further the modem has the same speed and the x50 no longer has internet

  @Hanzy

Welcome to the community.

Can I have a picture of your whole network layout?

By the way, since there is already an ISP router, have you tried to change Deco X50 to access point mode? (It is under Deco APP>More>Advanced>Operation mode.)

Best regards.

  @Hanzy

Thanks for the update.

Something like the following picture:

And May I know the model number of your ISP router and Do it support configuring as a bridge cable/fiber modem?

As for the speedtest you mentioned earlier-next to the modem (82.4) and next to the x50 (17.6), is it tested from the main Deco X50, or one of the satellites? is the clients currently connected to 2.4hz or 5ghz?

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
