Hello

 

Got a BIG problem with WiFi connection. Modem got 2 operation mode "Wireless Router Mode" and "Access Point" and problem is in Wireless mode, when switch to Access Point my phone and other device connect to internet VIA WiFi but when rotuer work as Wireless my phone/device see this network in WiFi list, got info abou "save setting" so password correct BUT when try connect to router he got info "offline" but still see network with full power.  

 got like this with Transmition Power - HIGH. Don't change any other settings in router...

If your AX1500 works normally in AP mode means that you already have another router (maybe ISP provided) connected before the AX1500, which is doing NAT.

When AX1500 is in Wireless Router Mode try setting its Internet port to Dynamic IP and check the following screen:

 

Network Map => Internet status:

 

 

You should have the yellow tick on the Internet globe, which indicates that you have an Internet connection.
