Model: Deco E4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I've got a problem when I try to connect my cellphone to my Deco E4's WiFi network, it starts to restart again and again, it only stops when I disconnect it from the Deco E4's WiFi, I've tested with the WiFi router of my Internet provider and works correctly. I have tried factory resetting the cellphone and the Deco E4 but the problem persists. Any idea what could be happening?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Usually Deco will not cause the end-devices to reboot. Did you change any settings or upgrade the firmware before this happened?

Please also test with other devices. If the issue only happens with your cell phone, please provide the model and OS of your phone, and the topology of your network as well.
