Problem with Wi-Fi connection
Hello,
I have a problem with adapter I just bought.
When I first plugged it in my PC it showed me every possible wifi network, mine (2.4ghz) too. I tried to turn mine (let me call it "0a"), but after few seconds blue screen dropped and reset my PC.
That's when I thought - hey, install drivers. And so I did it. After that I cannot find 0a connection (others disappeared as well), but my neighbor wifi appeared (it wasn't here before installing driver).
Here are things I done to make sure everything is alright:
- I installed older versions of drivers
- I make sure that wifi works on other devices - it does
- I tried to plug adapter into other USB - no effect
- I tried reinstalling current versions of drivers - u know the results
- I tried rebooting PC after installing drivers
Only thing I don't know how to is if settings on my router are ok.
Please, help me, I don't know what I'm doing wrong
I have windows 10, PC is 4yo,channel on router is 11, it's first time when I installed wifi connection in it.
