Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 Build 20210512 Rel. 39021

Hi,

I have recently bought Deco M4 pack of three units. My setup is as follows

Internet Router Connected to Switch

Deco Connected in AP mode with 2.4 and 5G on.

Deco 1 (Main Deco) connected to Switch

Deco 2 connected to Switch

Deco 3 Connected to Deco 2

Please do note that I am in AP mode and this configuration seems to be ok as per the instructions.

I can see that ethernet backhaul is active in the app.

The main reason I installed Deco is so that my Ezviz Wifi cameras can connect to the NVR (which is connected to the switch). I temporarily turned off 5G and added all my cameras. My setup seemed to work well for a while, but then I started noticing that my cameras would keep dropping and returning.

After two days of usage, I can see that the frequency of drops are very high. Also, my devices such as mobile phones, laptops etc which are connected via 5G have also started experiencing extremely slow network speeds.

Few things to note

1. I have tried router mode and AP mode with the main deco connected to the router and daisy-chained Deco 2 to 1 and 3 to 2. This didn't work

2. I tried creating guest SSID with only 2.4G and moved the cameras to that. Didn't help.

3. I have tried rebooting the decos, router, cameras etc in different permutations and combinations. Didnt help

4. I have tried to get the cameras connected to the nearest decos and then turned off the Mesh setting for each of the cameras in the hope of them to stay put with the nearest deco. Didn't help.

4. I started monitoring the SSIDs of each Decos using Wifi Analyzer and found that 2.4G SSIDs keep disappearing and appearing at certain times and at certain times 2.4 SSID of one or two decos would not be visible for a long time. Also at times all the three 2.4G SSIDs would be available for prolonged time. But I experienced the drops and inconsistent network performance during each of these scenarios.

I have looked at the log file and have filtered for what seems to error messages. Please see below. There are many entries, I have eliminated the duplicates and below are the unique ones.

Ouf of that the following seems to be the most occurring one
