AX5400 Wi-Fi 6 Router is installed and working fine.

I have setup VPN server (L2TP/IPSec VPN) and it works great from my Windows 10.

 

But, I am not able to get it working on my android mobile phone.

 

When I go to settings > vpn and create a new VPN profile - then VPN profile wants me to fill in:

 

IPsec identifier

 

But I am not able to locate the setting anywhere on my VPN server setup. 

 

Also when I successfully setup vpn client on my windows pc - then it was not asking for IPsec identifier

Thanks for the screenshot. Apologies that I wasn't aware that AX73 has already supported L2TP/IPSec VPN settings via a previous firmware update.

 

Can I know how did you connect to the L2TP/IPSec VPN server on the android mobile? What kind of software? If possible, please try another third-party L2TP/IPSec software to see if that makes a difference.
