Continuous 3G4G DEBUG Notification

Hello.
When checking logs I noticed this notification cluttering up everything. I have no 3G nor 4G modem so I don't know why is this notification there in first place.
What does thos message mean? How do I turn it off?

Please update and install the latest official firmware on the Archer C6U, then monitor if there are still those 3G/4G debug logs:

You can go to System Tools > Backup & Restore > Backup.
While I'm not sure if you can import the backup file into the new firmware. You can give it a try if you need to do that.

If the current firmware on your C6U is 1.0.4 Build 20201230 rel. 53346, you can download and save the firmware file from the TP-Link official website:

You can verify that by the numbers after the Build, Archer C6U(EU)_V1_201230 should be the 1.0.4 Build 20201230 rel. 53346 (4555) that you are looking for.

Are you connecting to any VPN? If you are taken to the US website, it's probably that you have an IP address on your gateway that is recognized as an IP address from the US. You can find a global icon on the top-right of the TP-Link website, where you can see Worldwide / English, you can click on that then choose Israel, you will get the local website.
