Hi All,

I recently purchased a new unit from local retailer. But after setting up, the WiFi on devices is unable to see the SSID on the modem. Rather it is displaying another name and I am unable to connect as the password is incorrect.

What can I do as the local retailer ask to seek help from TP Link website.

TIA.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

May I know the default SSID displayed on the bottom label and the WiFi name displaying on your wireless client devices?

Besides, if you reset the router to factory defaults by pressing and holding reset button for about 10s until power LED start flashing, will the WiFi name be the same as the SSID on the bottom label? if so, please use the default wireless password on the label to connect the WiFi to see if it works.
