Hi guys. i hope your doing great. i've been having alot of issues with connection timing out. i've contacted my internet provider and after a while we realized that the problem comes from the modem itself. when i do ping tests i get a few timeouts or a ping jump to 1500+ in just 10 seconds.when we tried wired connection the problem wasn't there anymore. but i can't connect everything via cable to the modem.

i just got the modem for like 3 weeks and the issue was there from the start.
