Make sure you have connected the main powerline adapter to the router. 

Router --main AV600 adapter ____house powerline ___ AV 

If the  powerline kit are paired (House LEDs ON) but has no Internet, you could try some suggestions here:

1. Try a different Ethernet cable between the Main adapter and router

2. Try a different LAN port on router, confirm computer could get Internet when wired to router directly 

3. Confirm if computer get an IP address , usually PC uses obtaining IP address automatically, not on static IP

4. Put two powerline units in the same room , in the wall socket and test internet connection again.

If still the same, can I know the model of router, and network topolog?  How about the LED status on the two powerline units and what is the IP address when connected to Wifi of powerline device?
