Model: Archer VR2800
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I just tried to update to latest firmware, all appeared normal, but modem repeatedly tries to reboot and fails. Holding down the reset button for 10 secs or more doesn't alter this behaviour. Any ideas how to recover to factory settings? I don't know which hardware/software/firmware version because it no longer starts up so I can't log in to it to find out!

  @DenysB

Thank you very much for the feedback.

May I know how long have you have the modem?

Please power off the modem for 5mins, then plug it back and reset it again to see whether the modem could start up.

If still not, please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following information:

1. A  video clip of the current rebooting process on the modem.

2. A picture of the product label on the VR2800.

Best regards.
