I just purchased the Archer AC50 wireless router today and am unable to get it to connect to the internet. I followed the setup procedures and my devices connect to the network, but the internet says disconnected. I contacted my ISP and they said everything is fine on their end. I do not use a modem.

But if you still failed, please refer to the troubleshooting suggestions below to check your settings:
What should I do if I cannot access the internet through Wi-Fi router?

 

If the internet still doesn't work, please provide more details as follows:

1. Who is your ISP, and if the internet works when you connect a computer directly to the ISP cable? If not, you will need to confirm with your ISP how this internet works and how we need to configure it with a router, whether it requires a special setting, etc.

2. Have you tried all the suggestions listed above? What are the results?
