4G router disconnected

Firmware Version:

4G router has disconnected. Have tried restarting and a factory restore but neither have helped.
SIM card still works in phone but not in router. Is there a solution to fix this?

Hi, may I have a screenshot of the Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page? We need to check the SIM card status and internet status etc. to lcoate where the issue is first.

In addition, what is the hardware and firmware version of the MR6400? and who is the SIM card carrier?
