Hello everyone!
I have a problem with my 4g router, it disconects every 4 hours and to resolve the problem, I habe to reboot or reset defaults manualy, its quite anoying....
I tried a lot of things, ( upgrade the firmware, try a beta firmware, setting 4g only, setting the band manualy,) but, the problem isn´t of the singal , ( 100%) . with other routers it works perfectly.....

Sorry for the delay.
We would like to follow up your case via email and please help us check the following information:
- How long have you had the router and when did the issue start?
- with other routers, it works perfectly.....Do you mean the same sim card work flawlessly on another 4G router?
- Did both the wireless connection and Ethernet connection drop the connection every 4 hours?
- Could you please help me save the status page before and after the internet dropped?
- Is there any error message on the basic page when the internet dropped, such as please make sure the internet configuration is correct?
- Could you please also save the system log before rebooting the router when the internet connection dropped?
