Seit ein paar Tagen kann ich mit meinen Androidgeräten keine Installationen oder Aktualisierungen von Apps
aus dem Google Playstore vornehmen. Alle anderen Dienste , wie Down- und Upload zu Google-Drive, E-Mail, allgemeines Internet
und SW-Download von der AppPlattform FDroid sind in Ordnung. Es wurden mehrere Smartfones und Tabletts mit unterschiedlichen Accounts probiert.
Folgende Konstellation liegt seit Jahren vor:
Mein TP-Link Router AC750 C2 ist an ein Kabelmodem (Thompson) von Telecolumbus angeschalten.
Ich habe ein Firmwareupdate durchgeführt, ich habe auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt. Brachte kein ERfolg.
Eine Rücksprache mit Telecolumbus brachte nichts, laut Aussage gibt es am Kabelmodem kein Problem.
Nach Installation eine VPN-App über Mobile Daten auf mein Smartphone liessen sich wieder Downloads und Aktulisierungen 
über WLAN durchführen.
Wer kann dazu etwas sagen bzw mir Tipps geben.

This sounds more like an internet issue, we can try to find it out.

 

If you connect the smartphones and tablets to another wireless network, such as your neighbors, will they be able to install or update apps from the Google Play Store?

 

Regarding the Archer C2 router, I would suggest trying to change the internet DNS to some known public servers, such as Google's 8.8.8.8 or CloudFlare's 1.1.1.1. You can follow this guide to change it.

 

You can also check if there are any advanced settings have been misconfigured on the Archer C2, such as Parental Controls, be sure Google services are not blocked from the router.

  @Kevin_Z vielen Dank für die Informationen.
Eine Verbindung über das WLAN bei Bekannten ist ohne Probleme möglich.
Die Änderungen der IP des DNS Server habe ich vorgenommen, es funktioniert weiterhin nicht.
Ich hatte den Router ja bereits auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt. Und
damit ging es bis vorige Woche. Und es wurden ausser die Zugriffspasswörter für admin und
fürs WLAN nichts verändert.
Ich werde mir wohl einen neuen Router besorgen müssen.
