Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 20220524 rel.51659(4555)

I have purchased AX73 two weeks ago. From day one i noticed internet drops on my PC, connected with lan cable and to Wi-Fi clients. At the time of the drops i checked my ASP modem and the connection of the VDSL line was full 100mbs and working good. The latest Led controller log shows the disconnections happening for no reason at all, i have also attached the full log. The router is connected from the WAN port to my asp's modem (which is in bridge mode) and is using a PPPoE connection:

Hello @sprob

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the TP-Link community.

Since the AX73 keeps disconnecting from the internet, would you mind testing the internet by connecting a computer directly to the ISP modem and dial up to observe if the ISP modem/line is stable first? If yes, you can connect the ISP modem to the computer directly, then establish a PPPoE connection as follows:

How to set up a PPPoE connection on Windows 8&10

If the connection is confirmed to be stable, please tell us who is your ISP, and we would like to look into this issue further.

  @Kevin_Z

I have connected the ISP modem directly and there are no drops at all at the Internet connection.

My ISP is from Greece and is called NOVA. The modem is the ZTE ZXHN H288A.

I have also attached a new log from today, 9/10/2022/ showing more disconnections....

I have used a custom MAC at the Internet==>Mac Clone settings, inputing the ISP modem's MAC and so far i have no drops in internet. The connection is stable for 1hour 35 minutes, i will watch how it goes and report back in a few hours...

Unfortunately this did not help also, i had another two disconnections since i have done this change, please see into it, i cannot use the router at all if it behaves like that, i need to ask for a solution or a refund....

The latest log of the router is attached to my message
