Both blue and red light blinking
Both the blue and red light is blinking, I tried to reset but still not working, how to resolve the problem in connectivity.

Was there any power outage or thunderstorm before the behavior of the extender? What are the Leds are flashing right now, the Wifi led, power Leds?
Please try to reset the extender and see if it is still brocasting a Wifi signal like Extender or TP-Link range extender Wifi signal :
