Hi, 

 

When searching band manually on the MR600, only the available 4G bands will be listed instead of all the supported bands.

So it is recommended to check if the base station nearby supports band 38 or 41 or not.

 

You could also insert the same SIM card into other 4G devices at same location to see if they are able to work on band 38 or band 41.

Here I'm using same sim card on my android with band 41 2500 MHz and another thing is mr600 showing band 1 and 5 which are unavailable bands in my area

Hi, for the band 1 and band 5, does the MR600 show network type 4G or 3G on the Advanced->Status page? and is internet working fine?

If the MR600 is now working fine on 4G with band 1 and band 5, the two bands must be available, or there will be no internet access on those two bands.

 

Regarding the band 41, could you please share with us screenshot of the specific frequency on the phone?

Please note that the frequency range of band 41 supported by the MR600 EU version is 2555-2655MHz.
