Archer MR600

in case of hacker access

is it possible to receive notification via SMS/text of client access from the router?

Hi, the MR600 doesn't support connection alerts to receive notification when a new client device connects. 

Besides, to protect the network, you could go to Advanced->Security->Access Control to configure Whitelist, then only the client devices in the whitelist are allowed to connect your network.
