X20 keeps disconnecting from modem
For the last few days my internet connection drops several times a day. Note: I could not find the hardware version number, was purchased aug 2020.
Nothing has been changed with my hardware setup recently.
I have had an engineer check all the cables coming into the house, and it's an issue definitely "in the house". He said the error he was getting in the log for our property was a "sync issue".
I have a Nighthawk router which, for years, has provided the modem for my decos, without issue.
