my router cannot connect to internet. when use auto detect it say wan is unpluged but i already plug in. and lan port sometimes can connect and disconect. when it can connect only 10 mbps speed cannot 100 or 1000 mbps. did anyone know how to solve that?

Is this AX50 brand new, or it was working fine before?

 

When it reports as wan is unplugged, that means it fails to detect the WAN connection. Please try with another new cat 5e cable, and you can also try a different LAN port on the ISP provided modem.

 

If neither works, try to reset the AX50 to factory defaults, and check again if it can detect the WAN connection successfully. Try to choose the connection type required by your provider if still fails.

 

If nothing makes it work, we recommend reaching out to the local tech support, so they can work with you in looking into the issue further or help with the replacement:
