The registration page will not accept serial numbers from my recently purchased
Deco S4 (3 pack) kit or Deco XE75 Pro (3 pack) kit.
Also will not accept serial number from my older Deco X20 (3 pack) kit.
Is there
Hi, you could send an email to the local technical support team with the following information:
1. The Serial number of the Deco devices.
2. A copy of the purchasing receipt.
Later once the receipt has been confirmed, they are able to help you add the SN into the warranty registration system.
