Hi  Please can you help me.  I have a TP-Link Model  TD-W8960N which does not show in the drop  down List.  I am using Strarlink as my Internet provider.

I would like to change the tp-link to a wireless bridge or extender. Is this possible?  and can you give me a link to show me how to do this.  Thank You

Check this thread to see how you can connect a TP-Link router to a Starlink service.

TD-W8960N supports "Wireless router mode" apart from the "DSL modem router mode".

But if you want to avoid the double NAT you could configure TD-W8960N in AP mode following this guide.
