Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 build 20220113 rel. 42007

Using Century link fiber, IPTV/VLAN.  It seems that after any short power outage, I have to start set-up on main s4 from scratch (modem power off  and on again) and resetting the s4 to get it back in set-up mode. Is there a fix for this short of an ups backup p/s.? Very Disappointed with the s4 mesh so far!

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know the model number of the Century fiber/cable modem?

After the power failure, Can I have a picture of the IPV4 settings on the Deco APP>More>Internet connection when Deco failed to connect to the modem?

If possible, could you please connect a wired laptop to the modem directly after the power failure and check whether the PC could be able to get internet service?
