Hi, if admin did not work, it is very likely that you have customized your own password before.
If it is no longer available, please try to hardware reset the router first by holding the reset pinhole for 10s. Then you are able to set up a new web UI login password.

I find the problem is not all the machines use the same password "admin"
ex: my machine comes from AGL, and the password is support180.
if your machine comes from ACT then the password is act@123
I believe a lot of people have this problem,
all the answer tells you to press the reset 10 sec.

@KingRome89 Double-check the login credentials for accuracy. If that doesn't work, try performing a factory reset on the modem by pressing and holding the reset button for about 10 seconds. I am having this problem too.
The advice I keep getting is that I need to reset the device and that I must have already created a password for it.
This thing is new out of the box and the password printed on the device can still be used to add new devices to the network.
I ahev done a hard reset and nothing.
Tried using the other default passwords listed in this thread and still nothing
