Archer C80 remote management

Hi there,
Im trying to set my router up so that I can change the DNS remotely. Im not sure all the settings I need to put in. I have a no-ip account and put that in in the
Dynamic DNS section.
I have also bound my router to my tp-link ID
I have also changed the port to 80.
Not sure how i shoukld even try and login with those settings.
