Model: RE550
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.12

I am using the RE550 with an Archer VR2100v in what used to be a OneMesh network. After the recent firmware update that added EasyMesh support the RE550 no longer shows up as a OneMesh device on the router. Did the update kill the OneMesh compatibility and thus cause a loss of relevant features? Are there any ways of mitigating this apart from downgrading to the previous firmware version?
Are there any plans for adding EsayMesh supoort to the VR2100v or will I be stuck with an old firmware on the RE550 forever?

  @ppt3

Hi, EasyMesh is backward compatible with OneMesh, like a OneMesh plus version. So when working with Archer VR2100V, they could still create a OneMesh together.

As for the EasyMersh Compatible list/roadmap, you could have a look at this link:

Best regards.

Thanks for your response. I did some more research and it seems the RE550 and VR2100 do not reestablish the connection after a reboot of the VR2100 until the RE550 is restarted as well. I can't tell if this is by design and if this was also the case before the firmware update.
