Hi,

 

Can someone tell me what is the problem in my Deco M4 after connecting to it, I am not able to access internet and it shows "No Internet Connection". Per checking, I do not have any internet issue connecting to my modem ISP however, once I am connected to Deco I am not able to browse or totally No Internet Connection:

 

Tried reboot both modem and deco.

Login to Deco portal and it says " Everything looks good"

Deco's are online.

Re-configured Deco.

OS are up to date per checking.

Hi, did you get  "No internet connection" error on different mobile devices?

Have you tried to change the WAN DNS on Deco to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4?>>How to change DNS server settings on my Deco

 

Have you connected a laptop via an Ethernet cable to an ISP modem to make sure the internet is working?

  @David-TP thanks for your response. It is now working after leaving it powered off overnight and turn on in the morning. :)
