Archer MR500 regular internet disconnection
Just bought an AC1200 / Archer MR500 LTE router, and put an EE sim card in it. The router doesn't last 12 hrs before internet disconnects. This has happened every day since I've had the router, which is nearly a week now.
I've tried various settings, nothing seems to work. I've searched the forum, can't find anything of help - but apologies if this has already been covered.
When internet is lost, I can connect to the internal web server on 192.168.1.1 and look at the settings, and get the log file. Looking at the log file around the time when I think I lost internet, I see this message:
2023-04-10 08:08:54 [6] 4G: ERROR: The PS registration state parse error.
No idea what it means.
Some screenshots of it in the failed state:
Can't seem to upload the log file but can paste parts of it in if it would be helpful.
Any help appreciated!

You mean the LTE disconnecting issue happens more frequently than previous firmware?

Yes, the old beta works better, I wanted to put the new version, but it often loses the connection and shows no sim installed
As soon as it happens I will send you the captures
And since this version no more stable version or the old beta wants to be installed, I still have error 71211

@Sunshine I don't have access to the page via the computer, it gives me an error but I still have this disconnection since this last beta! can you downgrade my version without getting error 71211?

When internet stops working, are you able to log in the web management page without rebooting it to save system log file for analysis?
The current beta firmware doesn't allow for downgrade and we could troubleshoot on the current firmware if it is conveneint for you.

@Sunshine no, I don't have access to it, it gives me a blank page with an error I've already rebooted twice in less than 3 hours...

Having same problems. Latest firmware improves but does not solve it.
Tried all 4 relevant 4G profiles. Just get random disconnects requiring a reboot.
No amount of troubleshooting works and should not be necessary anyway for a product out of the box.
This product is a dud I'm afraid and should not be being sold. Other 4G routers work perfectly well with the same SIM card.
