hello everyone I hope you are doing great!

so I've been facing a problem for a long time and I couldn't find a solution!

when I'm trying to download something from steam or the web browser I lose connection with the other apps and wifi connections also is lost

the download keeps downloading but my whole internet is used by that part please help!
