Based in sydney, Australia. Ive had my Deco M5 for a few years now and its been working great.  I require parental controls so have to use it in Wifi-Router mode. I have NBN connected via Optus.  For some weird reason, my samsung TV (2 of them) will not play the 10play app when in router mode.  It plays all other apps, with the occasional drop out,  but not 10play. Weirdly, if I change the deco mode to Access Point, it works perfectly.

 

Any advice, is there a setting I am missing?  Its up to date firmware etc.

Hi,  have you set up any parental control rules for these two Samsung TVs?

And please try to change DNS on Deco to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to see whether it helped:

If possible, it also suggested turning off the HomeCare Antivirus system on Deco.
