Problema accesso via web deco m9 plus
Good morning, Since I bought the deco m9 plus I have never been able to access via the web. From the first day I bought it, at least 3 firmware updates were made up to this one today 1.5.3. There may not be a way to access via IP. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi, There is some information for your reference:
- Please make sure all the Deco M9 plus in the Mesh network is 1.5.3 or above
- check whether the current operation mode is "Wireless Router" or "Access Point"
- If it is AP mode, the default IP 192.168.68.1 is no longer working, you could find the IP address on the Deco APP>device settings or the DHCP list on the main ISP router
- If it is router mode, the available links will be 192.168.68.1 or http://tplinkdeco.net
- If neither works, please check on the router/gateway IP settings of wireless clients in case the default LAN IP has changed to 192.168.1.xxx or 0. xxx.
- Please test with different browsers on different clients.
If not helpful, please let me know the current operation mode on Deco as well as the IP settings on the device when it is connected to Deco.

Hi Davide, First of all, thank you for giving me directions right away. -I confirm that all the decos have firmware 1.5.3. -The mode that I have active on the router is Access Point and with the default IP I can't access via the web. -I checked the IP of the main deco on the app and it's 192.168.1.76 and I can't even access via the web. -I tested with Chrome-firefox-edge-safari and internet android browsers. Right now it is in AP mode. I hope to be understanding and to find a way to find a solution Thank you Greetings.

Can you ping 192.168.1.76 on the device?
By the way, when you tried to access 192.168.1.76 on Chrome, would there be any error message?

Hi Davide, Thanks as always for the new tests you show me to do. In the tests I've done right now I set the router mode and the IP I put 192.168.1.1 but cmq I can't access via the web. I am attaching a screen of what you asked me only the ping is the first time I run it I hope I did it right ... Replayed Right now I'm in Router Mode. Greetings

Hi, I see previously you mentioned the IP of the main Deco M9 plus is 192.168.1.76, and I think 192.168.1.1 is the IP of your main router since the main router is the network gateway and Deco is in AP mode.
I used to suggest ping Deco-192.168.1.76 in the last reply and it made me surprised that you could not even ping the ISP router. Have you set up any client isolation/access control on the ISP router?

Hi, I was continuing to do tests in router mode just to see if I could access via the web. When I changed the mode I also changed the IP so as not to create conflicts. now i put it back in AP mode and now the IP is 192.168.1.203. I redid the ping I am attaching photos. Regarding ISP isolation...How can I check if I have it set? On the app there is no tick that it concerns the ISP thank you Greetings
