Archer T6E 1300 on windows 10 inestability, ping, lose signal
have the Archer AC 1300 network card and I am constantly experiencing signal loss, latency ranging from 16 to 500 ping, and fluctuations in upload and download speeds from 5Mbps to 250Mbps. It simply doesn't work properly, as if it can't read the signals in the air and does what it wants. Neither the website nor the manual provides any guidance on what to set in the advanced configuration options, which are completely different from any other network card. I never expected the product to be this bad, with no support and no testing before being released to the market.
Meanwhile, I have a 2016 cellphone and a 2014 notebook, both with significantly less powerful specs, sitting on the same desk, running the same programs, and receiving a constant 16-25 ping with 12Mbps download speed without any packet loss.

Hi, since Archer T6E is capable of 2.4ghz and 5ghz, I saw it was connected to the 2.4ghz from the picture. Did it behave the same on 5ghz?
May I know how long you have had the Archer T6E?
If possible, please also install the driver here to see whether it helped with the current issue:

Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hi, sorry, the community does not support the hyperlink with space. The download link has been updated. You could copy the link and search for it on the browser if you haven't this driver.
There is no problem if you want to connect 2.4ghz via T6E. Bur since Bluetooth/Zigbee and other wireless signals share the same frequency as 2.4ghz, it is crowded most of the time.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
