Hi there!

 

When hooking my M5 directly into the ONT (fibre), I get stuck on set up when trying to identify the type of internet it's hooking up to, and I cannot use my M5.

 

Any advice? I'm using SaskTel internet in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Hi, would there be any error message when the APP was stuck at "detect internet type"?

  • If the error message is "It Looks like Deco is not properly connected", please refer to 

    Fail to setup main Deco (case 4)

Did it give you an option to manually choose the internet connection type?

Can I also have your current APP version in case it is caused by the APP upgrade?
