Firmware Version:

I have a new Internet provider and bought a new router to connect. I was away when the technician installing the router did this. I seem to have two passwords: #1 connects to the Internet and my laptop also uses it to connect to the Internet. #2 password works on our other laptop, Roku, cell phone, ebooks just fine. I cannot get my printer going except by a cable connection to my laptop.

But my husband's laptop can connect to the printer using #2 password.

If I change both passwords to one new one will this solve the problem.

(My Samsung Printer is old and I am getting no where working from it.) The printer was working just fine with our old internet and router.
