Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20221209 57967

I have 3 Decos XE75 (v2.6) in 6GHz backhaul dedicated mode and I'd like to know if I can include 2 more Decos S4 to my mesh network.

It's not possible to use wire, so I really need to connect than by wireless.

Deco S4 don't have 6GHz system, so how will it be connected, once the Decos XE75 are connected with 6 GHz backhaul dedicated mode?

Thanks

  @Kabello

Hi, welcome to the community.

The Mesh Backhaul is the negotiation on both sides.

Between two Deco XE75s, you could still have 2.4ghz/5ghz/6ghz Wi-Fi Backhaul.

Between Deco XE75 and Deco S4, there is only 2.4ghz/5ghz Wi-Fi Backhaul.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

Firstly, thanks for support.

Do I need to do anything, any configuration, or is it automatic? Just add S4 into the mesh?

Thank you

Hi, it is automatic and you just need to add S4 into the Mesh system.

Best regards.
