Hello, for Jio 5G SIM internet issue, please refer to this thread: India Jio SIM stops working on TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers after upgrading to 5G
Actually Jio network uses a new technology after updating to 5G, which is not supported on our LTE routers now, there are MR600 V2/V3 beta firmware to support that new technology now, but MR100 uses different chips from different chip manufacturer, unfortunately, MR100 is unable to use the same solution as the MR600 V2/V3, so we are still pushing the MR100 chip manufacturer to support the new technology, which will take some time, and no specific time can be given now.
If you have other SIM cards, it is recommanded to use other SIM cards for now.

Hi, is your Jio SIM 4G or 5G SIM card? please try PDP Type IPv4 only first, if it still doesn't work, please check the private message I sent you just now to see if it helps.
