Have changed internet provider.

need to access modem page but 192.168.1.1 not working

May I know the model number and hardware version of your TP-Link modem?

 

Usually 192.168.1.1 is the default IP address of TP-Link DSL modems, may I know if you've changed it before? or did you try to reset the modem to factory defaults?

 

Please try tplinkmodem.net as well, if it doesn't work either, please make sure your computer is connected to the TP-Link modem and then check the IP address on the computer:
