I'm currently having issues with updating a few of my decos. I spent ages just trying to log into the portal, as it wasn't accepting my password at first. I even reset the online ID but that still didn't work for ages. I finally got in and it now won't show any of the decos on the network. I then go in and click 'check for upgrades' and it just spins for ages with 'operation failed'. I tried to do this through the app, but it directed me to the online portal which clearly is broken. Has anyone had similar issues with any luck resolving it? (Images Below)
