I cannot access my router wired and wireless . 192.168.0.1 uses unsupported protocol

Hi,

 

Do you mean you cannot access the admin webpage of the Archer C50?

 

Have you ever been able to access it successfully before?

 

If the answers are 'yes', then try a different web browser to access the C50 or, even better, use some other client device. (anything that has a web browser would do, even a TV or game console)

Hi, i was able to access from the time I have the this router  only lately I have issues. I tried Chrome,  IE from different laptops snd phone but have have not tried game console for I don't have.

 

Any suggestions?

The router is connected with Synology Nas, It was the same dns and I did not change any new name for dns. Dies my server has something to do with it?
