my arhcer t3u plus useb to detect the wifi at home with the channel 13, but now only detects channel 11 and others, i've reinstalled the drivers and it didn't work

Hi,

 

Can you check if the "Region" setting of Windows is set to "United States"?

 

In case it is, then try some other region setting instead.

Do you have the possibility to plug your T3U Plus in another computer and test if channel 13 works fine there?
