Hi all

So I have recently joined the mesh era and after some research bought a pack of 3 deco m4's. I set them up all fine. I realised I was still having video recording issue on one of my new ring cameras so bought a single deco E4 and set it up on the other side of the brink wall my camera was on. I set the E4 as my main one with a ethernet cable and added the 3 m4's to the same mesh network. My other ring cameras around my house are happy. I'm still having video recording issues with the same ring camera so am wondering on whether I need a extender, and if so do I then need a mesh one router.

I currently have a virgin hub 3 and in a couple of days will be changing it to a virgin hub 5 with 1gig internet.

I'm also using a tplink 8 ethernet switch.

I'm so lost so any help would be greatly received

Many Thanks

Chris

@Chris84 Set the E4 as a satellite, not main Deco.

Turn off fast roaming & turn on beamforming in the app

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it
