Dear community,

I've got the following issue with my Deco XE200 System. After first installing all three Deco XE200 devices in my home network everything went fine.

Moving all three Deco XE200 Devices to another local network by connecting the main Deco Device with the internet connected Router it didn't get any ip nor an connection to the internet. So my question would be is it possible to use the initially configured DECO XE200 System in another local network or must they be reset and installed again in the new network?

Thank you in advance

Sebbo

Hi David, I've found the solution. I didn't connect the main router of the Deco Set, so that the network ports weren't active due to the configuration as Mesh system. But thank you very much for the advice.

Best regards

Hi, welcome to the community.

It might depend on the internet connection on both networks. For example, if they both use a Dynamic IP internet connection, it does not need a factory reset and Deco XE200 should be plug and play with the second network.

Best regards.
