Hello All

the internet not working and i can not know where is the issue 

 

the connection status : Disconnected and not changed  to connected any more

 

STC 

3G Bands: B1 (2100 MHz), B8 (900 MHz)
4G Bands: B1 (2100 MHz), B3 (1800 MHz), B12 (700 MHz), B40 (2300 MHz)
5G Bands: n78 (3500 MHz)
IoT Technology: NB-IoT (LTE Cat-NB1)

Hi, based on the status page, network type and signal strength etc. are all blank, which is not normal, please try resetting the MR200 to factory defaults by holding reset button for about 10s until the LEDs turn on momentarily.

 

Then please check the Status page again to see if there is any 3G/4G signal.

nothing happen after resting my router no signal - may be the problem with the sim card but the sim working on my iphone and other tplink router
