Hi,

Who is the actual provider (or reseller or whatever it's being called) of your nbn connection?

Some of them require a specific VLAN ID to be configured for the Internet connection, in addition to username and password.

Hi, upon checking, your modem router Archer VR1600v is ISP specialized model. As the parameters may be different from the generic router and we are not familiar with it.

So to solve the issue more efficiently, it is recommended to contact your internet service provider to guide you set up this modem router.
