Hello. Our internet went out last night during a storm and now are decos won't connect. Blue light is flashing but message on app says it can't find deco. If I try and set it up again as a new network it says Ethernet is not connected even though it is. Any suggestions - tried restarting several times
Hi, welcome to the community.
May I know the model number of your Deco?
Have you tried to add it as a satellite Deco, and set a different Deco as the main Deco?
If it has to be the main Deco, there are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Change a different new Ethernet cable.
2. Did not plug the cable into Deco until the APP reported the error "Ethernet is not connected". And connect the modem to another Ethernet port on the Deco.
