Model: Archer VR2800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.8.0 0.9.1 v006c.0 Build 220512 Rel.41022n

The model is a new Archer AC2800 - NOT CR1900 the option didnt come up for the correct model.

For my new AC2800 I have successfully gone through the setup to get it working with my internet by connecting to it via ethernet. However despite the 2.4 and 5GHz LEDs being lit up on the router and them both being on in the router settings page I cannot find either network to connect to with any of my devices - desktop computer, laptop and phone. I have tried turning the WiFi off and on using the button on the side of the router and in the routers webpage, I have power cycled multiple times and fully reset the router, I have tried changing the SSIDs, all no change.

  @WiFiMe23

Hi, please make sure the SSIDs are not hidden, also try to change WiFi channel and channel width on the router for both 2.4G and 5G WiFi.

For example, use channel 1, 6 or 11 for 2.4G WiFi, use channel 36 or 40 etc. for 5G WiFi.

By the way, all your client devices could see other WiFi signal, only cannot see VR2800 WiFi, right?
