I have been trying to install this RE all evening. The guide is plainly not for this kit, and is written in Geekish. Just how much field testing did you do before launching? Did you consider that many, possibly thousands of your customers will be in the category of never having had one lesson in IT or similar? 
For instance, did you know that when I tried to state which model I had bought, the keyboard on my phone DISAPPEARED? This is the sort of thing which is bowled out by field testing. 
I have just tried to relocate my RE and for the last 20 Minutes nothing has happened. Not impressive.
